Join Miss Rosie for a fast-paced class reviewing and troubleshooting the more technical moves from the Hooliehoop Series 1-B. This class will focus on reviewing jumps, isolations, and chest hooping, and will preview the moves of Series 1-C. Series 1-B Review is perfect for those who would like a refresher on moves they already know, as well as for those who are eager to learn in an intestive-style class.
CLASS PREREQUISITE:Completion of Hooliehoop Series 1-A, or Hooping 101, or Bootcamp Level 1 required.
No experience necessary! Join Miss Rosie for a fantastic introduction
to hoopdance. Get into your body, laugh, play, and work out!
Over the course of two classes, learn hooping basics, plus
essential variations, for creating dynamic, energizing, and amazing
hoop experiences. Hoops will be available at each class for use or
purchase.
Class series runs Mondays, September 8th and 15th, 2008, 6:00-7:30 p.m.

In Hooliehoop Series 1-C Miss Rosie takes you on a journey into more technical tricks, smoother choreography, and ultimate hoop bliss! Learn Duck Outs, Angle variations on the chest/shoulders and body, advanced reverses and breaks, and some of Rosie's favorite and flashiest jumps and hoop manipulations!
CLASS PREREQUISITE:Completion of Hooliehoop Series 1-A & 1-B, Hooping Bootcamp Level 2, Hot Hoop Trix, or comparable intermediate class.
Class Series runs 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, September 10th and 17th, 2008.
